Iwata Air Gunza AZ3 H.T.E 2 Gravity Spray Gun

Iwata's Air Gunza AZ3 H.T.E 2 Gravity Spray Gun is a high transfer efficiency center post gravity feed gun. It is a great choice when looking at affordability and technicality. The re-modeled AZ3 H.T.E 2 features a separation of the air control and the air hose, as well as, a newly designed air cap and a polished body for easier cleaning and maintenance.

The gun models: A new lightweight design, excellent maneuverability, high transfer efficiency, fine atomisation, a clean Teflon coated body and a new concept multi hole air cap. It also features a PTFE Teflon Needle Packing and is ideal for waterborne coatings with its stainless steel needle and nozzle. It's ergonomic spray gun design with the new trigger helps in relieving stress on painting while the body is light weight and well balanced body with the head being 20-50g lighter than the previous model. The AKULON cup is an improved paint cup with multi-thread construction. It sprays a uniformly shaped spray pattern with a wetter core even with higher viscosity coating.

The Kit comes with 1x Setup, 1x Gun & Pot and 1x Air Regulator and is available in multiple size set ups.

1.3mm: Suits all colour coat applications including metallic basecoat both solvent and water

1.5mm: Suits higher build application of non metallic colours, can be used for lower build primers. Also white spirit DuLux type wood vanishes

1.8mm: Suits primer application. Also suits emulsion application

2.0mm: Suits very high build primer application

2.5mm: Suits polyester spray filler and very high build / unthinned primer application. Also suits heavy build masonry / textured

3.5mm: Suits liquid metals, tars, very viscous products
