- Exceptional atomisation and spray control with innovative labyrinth airflow technology
- Choose from BASIC to fully DIGITAL pro, in HVLP or RP variants
- Balanced design with easy trigger removal and quick-change caps
- A premium gun for trade professionals seeking a controlled and precise painting feel
The SATA Jet X Spray Gun offers superior nozzle technology, innovative digital functions, and improved ergonomics, resulting in a gun that performs flawlessly no matter what the job entails.
An innovative labyrinth airflow system creates outstanding atomisation and a uniform spray pattern. Two jet shapes: “O” (Speed) and “I” (Control), with constant fan dimensions are available for all nozzle sizes.
Available in HVLP and RP, in both basic and digital versions, the Jet X series with matte black exterior and red accents is the most advanced paint spray gun from SATA.
This product is the gun head only, gravity pot available separately.
Innovative nozzle concept
The innovative labyrinth airflow system guides the air in the nozzle so that it exits free of turbulence and pulsation. This results in exceptionally fine and homogeneous atomisation, creating optimised material distribution and an even spray pattern with clearly defined fade-out zones. The Jet X is a premium gun for professionals seeking a controlled and immediate painting feel.
And, once it's time to clean up, the detachable trigger makes the gun incredibly easy to clean. Made of technical polymer, it can be removed in one easy step without tools and without snap rings. Plus, the integrated tool can be used to loosen or tighten the fluid tip.
Basic or digital - your choice
The Jet X BASIC is the analogue version with all the advantages of the nozzle technology and ergonomics, but without the option of digitisation using a SATA adam X Digital Air Micrometer.
The Jet X DIGITAL pro offers enhanced control with inlet pressure display, operating time, and ambient temperature, adjustable target value for the inlet pressure with alarm function, digital dashboard, easy change from bar to psi and from °C to °F, and much more.
HVLP or RP technology
The HVLP gun provides an extra economical spraying experience that achieves high transfer rates with SATA's low-pressure technology. The RP is an extra fast option for maximum working speed with optimised high-pressure technology and low overspray.
Fast, comfortable and efficient spraying
Compatible with the efficient SATA RPS multi-purpose cup system and the SATA LCS Liner Cup System, the Jet X offers flexibility and customisation for trade professionals.
The “I”, or “Control”, nozzles produce a longer spray pattern with an even material distribution. They have a slower application speed but offer maximum control. The “O”, or “Speed”, nozzles have an oval fan shape with a larger fade-out zone and a wetter core, which results in a higher application speed. Plus, the QC Quick Change thread allows an easy and quick air cap exchange with just one and a half turns, delivering quicker and easier spraying.
At approximately 50g lighter than its predecessor, the SATAjet X 5500, the ergonomic gun body sits comfortably balanced in the hand so that it does not become top-heavy, even when working with a large filled cup.
