DeVilbiss GTI PROLite Gravity Gun

The DeVilbiss PROLite spray gun delivers exceptional performance and colour-matching capabilities for automotive refinish coatings that can be difficult to atomise, such as low VOC, high solids, pearls, or metallic materials.

The PROLite's performance is achieved by utilising high-capacity air passages and a linear air valve to provide even and unrestricted flow of compressed air through the gun body. This produces superior atomisation with consistent droplet distribution throughout the entire spray pattern.

The DeVilbiss PROLite has many features such as;

- Lightweight design; delivers uniform spray patterns and atomisation distribution for an exceptional quality finish.
- Air cap; a range of advanced air cap technologies for excellent application performance with the latest waterborne and solvent coatings.
- Ergonomic handle design; with reduced travel to decrease operator fatigue.
- Atomisation; high transfer efficiency resulting in significant paint savings.
- Drop-forged aluminium, anodised gun body with removable air baffle for a longer working life.

The DeVilbiss PROLite comes with two options for the air cap, TE10 used for basecoat and the TE20 used for 2K clears and solids. Both air caps are high efficiency, made of plated brass, and have an anodised aluminium retaining ring.
