Iwata Air Gunza AZ1 H.T.E 2 Concept Pressure Gun

Iwata's Air Gunza AZ1 H.T.E 2 Concept Pressure Gun (head only) is a high transfer efficiency center post pressure feed gun. It is a great choice when looking at affordability and technicality. The mid-range gun has many features that of the more expensive guns. It features a newly designed air cap and a chrome-coated body covering for easier cleaning and maintenance.

The gun models: A new lightweight design, excellent maneuverability, high transfer efficiency, and fine atomisation. It also features a stainless steel fluid passage (needle and nozzle,) which is ideal for both solvent and waterborne coatings. It sprays a uniformly shaped spray pattern with a wetter core even with a higher viscosity coating. Iwata's AZ1 gun is available in a range of needle/nozzle sizes for a huge range of applications. It also has a high material transfer, meaning it is economical and a great gun to suit a wide range of general industries. Including but not limited to; commercial vehicle painting, cabinet making, and furniture finishing industries.

The ease of use for the gun enables both experienced and less experienced sprayers to obtain high quality and consistent finishing with its exceptional particle distribution and very little over-spray.

The gun comes as a head only as it can be connected to a pressure pot and is available in multiple size setups.

1.3mm: Suits all colour coat applications including metallic basecoat both solvent and water

1.5mm: Suits higher build application of non-metallic colours, can be used for lower build primers. Also white spirit DuLux type wood vanishes
