A1P2 Full Face Respirator for Spray Painters

The 3M 6851 respirator kit is designed for certain painting and spraying environments including solvent and water based spraying, however it is not designed for use when spraying isocyanate based paints. Supplied with 1 pair of A1 Organic Vapour Filters and with 5 pairs of 3M P2 Particulate Filters, this mask provides protection against organic vapours with boiling point >65°C, and particulates.

In addition to the A1 and P2 filters, this kit also contains a pair of 3M Filter Retainers 501, and four 3M Respirator Cleaning Wipes 504, simplifying maintenance and ensuring the longevity of your respirator. To avoid moisture and contaminant exposure, a handy sealable storage container is provided along with a pair of earplugs for all-round protection. Plus, the convenient Respiratory Protection Guide provides comprehensive guidance on proper respirator use, maintenance and storage, giving you peace of mind that your respirator is always in optimal condition for reliable protection.

Compliant with AS/NZS 1716:2012 and AS/NZS 1337:2010, this full face respirator kit also provides protection against other hazards such as pesticide spraying, chemical handling of organic vapours e.g. from thinners and adhesives, fibreglassing, printing and furniture manufacturing.
