Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping orders will be sent at a rate of $15.00 Australia-wide. This is for any orders totalling under 5kg and less than 50cm x 50cm x 50xm in boxed sizing.
Any orders exceeding the Standard Shipping order may incur further shipping costs – we will contact you if this is the case.

Standard Shipping Times

Auto West Paint Supplies Pty Ltd will endeavour to ship all items within 2 business days of any items bought in stock.
Any items not in stock will be known to the purchaser with an estimated ETA.
No orders will be sent to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Dangerous Goods – Pickup Only

Any dangerous goods items (such as paint and solvents) are restricted to Click and Collect only. Currently, there is no option for shipping any of our dangerous goods from our website due to the prohibitive cost of transporting dangerous goods. If you would like to order dangerous goods to be delivered please contact us for further information and a quote on 02 4721 3301.

Bulky Goods – Pickup Only

Any products marked as ‘bulky item – pickup only’ can only be picked up from our Penrith store. Please ensure you select ‘Pickup from Penrith store’ at checkout.

Please contact us for freight costs if you need the item shipped.

Click and Collect

Pick-up is currently available from our Penrith store at Unit 9, 61 Regentville Road Jamisontown. Pick-up from our other branches can be arranged on request.
