Items will not be dispatched from our warehouses until full payment has been made for the goods unless a written agreement is made.
Goods and products will be delivered by standard Australia Post Delivery Services unless unable to do so in which instance a professional courier will be hired by Auto West Paint Supplies Pty LTD for delivery.
If the shipping address is within the greater area to which Auto West Paint Supplies Pty LTD delivers daily, we have the authority to personally deliver the goods to the ‘Ship To’ address.
If Auto West Paint Supplies Pty LTD is out of stock and will be unable to dispatch the product bought with three (3) days it is the business’ responsibility to contact the buyer to update them on the estimated delivery date.
Auto West Paint Supplies Pty LTD will dispatch the products within three (3) days after full payment has been processed unless unable to and therefore we will contact the customer.
Auto West Paint Supplies Pty LTD will dispatch the product from our closest or most efficient in stock store across Australia.
Once the purchased goods have left our store Auto West Paint Supplies Pty LTD takes no responsibility for any damage or misconduct which comes to the goods during and after the delivery process. We will not provide any refunds or exchanges for any products that have been broken as a result of the delivery and thereafter.
